About the Founder

Solva Rights was founded by Priti Kaur  a self-made entrepreneur and business founder with a strong academic and practical background in criminal justice and law.  Priti is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and some Urdu.  She has a team of multi lingual translators.

Priti holds a BA (Hons) degree in Criminal Justice and Law and has worked within the legal field, developing a deep understanding of legal processes, documentation, and dispute resolution. With over 15 years of experience in the system. Alongside her formal education, she brings extensive real-world experience as a litigant in person, giving her a practical, first-hand insight into how legal and financial systems operate in reality — not just in theory.

Having personally navigated complex disputes, financial pressure, and unaffordable debt situations, Priti understands the importance of accessible, cost-effective solutions. Her experience allows her to support individuals at early stages of disputes, often before formal legal proceedings commence, helping clients understand their position, prepare documentation, and negotiate with clarity and confidence.

Priti has supported individuals in:

  • Managing and negotiating unaffordable debts

  • Responding to financial pressure and creditor demands

  • Preparing clear, structured correspondence and documentation

  • Understanding options before escalation to formal legal action

As a founder of multiple businesses, Priti has also successfully navigated the operational realities of running companies — including compliance, paperwork, contracts, and administrative challenges. This practical business experience enables her to provide support that is both realistic and commercially aware for those who need it.  She and her team will educate you on the processes and the laws relevant to your case (only UK law)

At Solva Rights, Priti and her team work closely and collaboratively with clients, offering structured guidance, clear communication, and a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving — always with the aim of making complex processes clearer, more manageable, and less overwhelming.
