  • Guidance on court procedures and documentation

  • Assistance with drafting documents based on information supplied by the client

Solva Rights Ltd  does not:


 

  • Interpret the law and apply it to a client’s facts as legal advice

  • Represent clients in court

  • Provide advocacy, negotiation, or solicitor services

  • Guarantee legal outcomes


Clients remain responsible for all decisions and filings.

Nothing provided by Solva constitutes:

5. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are agreed in advance

  • Payments are for time, support, and administrative services only

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated



 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solva shall not be liable for:


 

  • Court decisions or outcomes

  • Losses arising from reliance on information provided

  • Errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect client information
